Do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces come back, most don’t. Our drops are limited on purpose. If you want something, snag it early.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders usually ship in 2–4 business days. During big drops, shipping may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You’ve got 14 days to return anything unworn and in original condition. For exchanges, the easiest way is to check out the returns and exchanges section, located at the bottom of the site under "Terms and Policies".
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at graingolfco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll fix it quickly.
How do I know when the next drop is?
Join the Club. You’ll get early heads-ups, previews, and drop dates before the public sees them.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out ASAP at graingolfco@gmail.com. We’ll do what we can before it leaves our hands.
How do pre-orders work?
Simple. You order now, we ship when stock arrives. Your card is charged at checkout, your hat is reserved, and you'll get an email confirmation right away. Once the shipment lands with us, we'll send another email letting you know it's on its way.
No waiting rooms, no refreshing the page on drop day. You're already in.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
All pre-orders are final. Since your product is reserved specifically for you the moment you order, we're unable to offer cancellations. If something's wrong when it arrives, our return policy has you covered.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 48 hours to update.
