Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
During product launches or limited drops, shipping may take an extra day or two — we’ll always keep you in the loop if that happens.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
Shipping times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier delays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Free Shipping
Orders with promotions may be subject to free shipping in line with the promotion if it is explicitly specified.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and US. We are based out of Canada.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.
Delivery times outside North America vary and typically take 10–21 business days depending on location and customs clearance.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipment is scanned by the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of shipment, contact us at graingolfco@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll work with the carrier to track it down or issue a replacement where possible.
Address Changes
Double-check your shipping info before confirming your order — we can’t guarantee edits once it’s been processed.

Items marked as preorder or limited drop will have estimated ship dates listed on the product page.
