Returns
We want you to be happy with your gear. If something’s not right, you’ve got 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (including tags and packaging).

Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required.
We do not accept returns on:

Final sale items

Gift cards

Limited-edition drops once sold out
To start a return, email us at graingolfco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved. This helps ensure you get your new gear before it sells out.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo and your order number to graingolfco@gmail.com so we can make it right quickly.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We can’t guarantee refunds for items that don’t make it back to us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved, double-check with your bank or card issuer.

International Returns
At the moment, we can only accept returns from within Canada. We’re working on expanding this soon.
